Materials
Yarn: 220 yds worsted weight
Needles: US 5 Double Pointed (we recommend using wood needles for less slip)

When students use materials other than what is suggested we cannot assure your success. Our instructors give careful thought to which yarns and tools are best for each project. We aim to keep classes affordable. Our instructors often devote additional time outside of class time to develop curriculum and offer support. | Instructor Bio: | Sharon taught herself to crochet and sew while living near the Vogue Fabrics store in Illinois. Knitting came later when she connected with a church group making prayer shawls. Sharon was an artist-in-residence for the Healing Arts Program, at Presbyterian St. Luke?s Hospital in Denver where she taught basic hat knitting and 2D wet felting to moms with high risk pregnancies. Sharon is also a registered Landscape Architect who enjoys adventures with her family, including cliff jumping. |
