Baby Cardigan (4 classes)

This adorable baby and child sweater is worked from the top down with traditional raglan shaping. The garter stitch collar and button band are shaped with short rows and are picked up and worked after the body is knitted. The pattern is designed to be worn with two to three inches of positive ease.

This is a great way to learn some basic sweater techniques without the commitment of a large garment. You'll learn: basic raglan construction, picking up stitches, short-rows, and more.

This sweater is sized for 3 months to 10 years.

Worsted weight: We recommend any Cotton Supreme, Malabrigo Rios, Ultra Wool Worsted or Vintage Worsted.

Yardage: [Baby sizes 3 (6, 12, 18, 24) months; Child sizes 2 (4, 6, 8, 10) years]
