Hesper Cardigan Class
This fall we have chosen the Hesper Cardigan for our knit along. This class is for anyone who would love to make the cardigan with support.
Class meets every other week. You will also have the opportunity to work on your cardigan during any Open Studio.
This sweater is worked from the top down.
In class we will determine your size based on your unique gauge swatch.
Colorwork uses the mosaic technique. Note that the pattern offers the option to use mosaic intarsia, however, we will only use mosaic.
Materials:
Yarn
Sport weight yarn, approximately (1000, 1100, 1200, 1350) (1500, 1650, 1800, 2000) yards / (915, 1010, 1100, 1235) (1370, 1510, 1645, 1830) meters Main Color (MC)
and
(20, 20, 25, 25) (30, 30, 30, 30) yards/ (18, 18, 23, 23) (27, 27, 27) meters each of CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, CC5, and CC6 OR (120, 120, 150, 150) (180, 180, 180, 180) yards/(109, 109, 137, 137) (165, 165, 165) meters Contrast Color (CC).
