About Polina

After a lifetime of hardship, Polina transformed her modest home into a living canvas—every wall, every ceiling covered in enamel paint. Fantastic birds, wild flowers, Christian iconography, and dreamlike scenes poured from her imagination onto the plaster, blending memory, myth, and the everyday.

Through Teti's design we draw on the spirit of fearless creativity. Be sure to take a look at the projects page on Ravelry to see some inspiring adaptations of the pattern. Then embrace the freedom to interpret it as your own through color and yarn choices.

We’ll knit together, share progress, and celebrate the power of creativity to transform even the most ordinary spaces into something luminous.

Sadly much of Polina Raiko's home was destroyed by flood. You see photos and learn more through the following resources.
