2-D Felted Ornaments
Let’s play with wool and a bit of imagination. In this class, we’ll create 2D felt ornaments—tiny artworks that can hang from your tree, gift wrap, or window. You can start with simple holiday silhouettes or go bold with color and texture, shaping your own design.
We’ll show you how to “paint” with wool using felting needles and a soft hand, layering fibers to build form and depth. No experience needed—just curiosity and a little patience.
A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold this class. Please encourage a friend to attend with you--it's more fun that way!

| Instructor Bio: | Alexandra started felting six years ago to make puppets for Waldorf inspired puppetry. She increased her cast of characters, and her skills, hosting Puppets in the Park, a monthly puppet show in a neighborhood park. Her work was well received and was put into a group art display at the Los Angeles International Airport and was seen by over 1 million people. The wonder and whimsy of the process and product continually call her back to felting. She currently sell items at fairs, and craft shows. |
