Sock School
Have you been knitting the same basic sock pattern for awhile? Ready to break out and learn something NEW?
Welcome to Sock School, in which we guide you through techniques for innovative heels and toes and cast ons.
You can sign up for the techniques that you wish to learn. Or choose them all and really expand your sock skills! When you purchase all sessions of Sock School you will receive a discount of $5 per class.
Please note: Each class is only 2 hours long. You will not be knitting an entire sock for each session. You may bring a sock in progress or bring yarn and needles to learn the technique.
Materials:
Please bring yarn and appropriate double pointed needles unless other requested by the
instructor.

| Instructor Bio: | When Sherry was a Brownie she wrote "I like to make things" in her journal. Since then she has been doing just that. Her favourites have been hooking and prodding rugs, dyeing anything she can fit into a pot, spinning and felting. All of these came before knitting. Now she is addicted to knitting! Particularly socks! Her house is rarely tidy and quesadillas are the go to supper. Sherry's wish is to make the world a kinder place by teaching everyone to knit socks! |
